Sales Manager | USA Trucking | $1,000 + up to $3,000

 We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing our recruitment team’s performance, optimizing their effectiveness, and driving an increase in our Owner Operator arrivals. This role requires a blend of management expertise and hands-on sales capabilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruiter Performance Oversight:
    • Monitor daily call and text statistics of recruiters to ensure compliance with performance standards.
    • Send direct messages to recruiters if there are issues with call volume, text outreach, or data entry in HubSpot.
    • Review and listen to recruiter calls to provide actionable feedback and ensure promises made to prospects are realistic and achievable.
  • Recruiter Support and Development:
    • Assist recruiters by answering their questions and providing guidance when tagged in communications.
    • Conduct weekly 1-on-1 meetings with all recruiters to review call performance, discuss notes, and verify HubSpot settings and data integrity.
  • Project Leadership and Innovation:
    • Lead the recruiting-shops project and spearhead the development of new recruiting strategies and ideas.
    • Collaborate with the team to drive innovation and continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Task Management:
    • Complete assigned tasks in the Recruiting Management channel efficiently.
    • Ensure all action items are completed and reported in a timely manner.
  • Sales Responsibilities:
    • Actively engage in sales activities and demonstrate the ability to close deals.
    • Use personal sales experience to mentor and improve the performance of recruiters.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $1,000 per week.
  • Bonus Structure:
    • $500 bonus if 10x Owner Operators arrived in the previous week.
    • $100 additional per each Owner Operator arrival above 10x capped at $3k weekly bonus

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales management with a track record of enhancing team performance and driving sales growth.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and HubSpot CRM or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Experience in leading projects and implementing innovative recruiting strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and mentor a sales team effectively.
